Schiphol train station is located right underneath the airport (which is handy) and is clearly signposted when you leave Arrivals. From here, the Dutch National Rail service, 'Nederlandse Spoorwegen' (NS), runs train services that take you directly to Amsterdam Central Station in around 25 mins.
The best way to get to Conscious Hotel Vondelpark is by taking the train to station 'Amsterdam Lelylaan'. Around 5 trains per hour run from the airport to 'Amsterdam Lelylaan' station throughout the day.
Once at 'Amsterdam Lelylaan' exit the station and take Tram no. 1 from just outside. Get out at the 'Overtoomsesluis' stop and there's the hotel.
At night, from 1am to 4am, the trains run once an hour, from Schiphol Airport to Amsterdam CS not stopping at smaller stations in between (CS stands for Central Station, in case you were wondering). From there you have to take a taxi to the hotel.
