All Organic, all good

Organic food is better for your health and has more benefits than you might have known of.
Sadly, it does not give you wings. It does however do the following things.
Reduce carbon footprint. Rather than flying in a potato from thousands of miles away that takes tons of fuel and energy to transport you can buy an organically grown one from nearby. This not only helps reduce carbon waste, but you also end up supporting local farmers, win win.
Less environmental contaminants because growing organic food is better for the soil, water systems and wildlife. How? Well they don’t rely on synthetic and petroleum base fertilizer and pesticides. This means that the chemicals don’t get a chance to mess things up since there aren’t any. The food is healthier and so is the ground its grown in.
Safer food supply: the less steps between the harvest and you purchasing the product the better. This not only gives the produce less chance of contamination or going bad, it also means the produce is fresher.
These are a few reasons why all restaurants and cafés at Conscious Hotels only use organic produce in their dishes.
P.s if the photos made your mouth water, we’ve got good news. We serve these dishes at MOER and they’re all organic.
