At our restaurant MOER we lift fine dining to a higher level by joining forces with various Michelin star chefs. After our first successful first edition, we will continue with the following chef: Wilco Berends from De Nederlanden.
Wilco Berends has a very pure and recognizable cooking style. He uses the French kitchen as a base but mixes it with worldwide influences. You can see the inspirations from his travels back in his dishes, however, always with a hint of the Dutch cuisine.
On the 10th of June, he will make his signature dish North Sea crab completely organic at MOER. Our own chef Dirk Mooren will match the other dishes in the 6-course menu making it a complete experience.
The North Sea crab will be on the chef's menu in MOER for 2 months. So reserve your table by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state the desired time between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM and the number of people. You can get the 6-course chef's menu for €60 (excluding drinks).
This will be a culinary spectacle!
