100% of our guests feel safe

We highly value the safety and comfort of our guests and we are doing everything we can to keep improving ourselves during these exceptional times to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

This is why we send our guests a short survey about hygiene and safety after staying with us. Questions can be answered on a five point scale. This way, you can express how much you agree or disagree with a particular statement. We started sending this survey on June 29th 2020, and at this particular moment we have over 100 responses.

An important question we ask our guests is if they feel safe in our hotels. We are delighted to say that 100% of our guests feel safe when staying in our hotels.
